Book here to get your Land Registry Compliant Plan drawn by Nathan Thomas. You will be able to book a video call with Nathan at a time convenient with you, and together you can discuss how to draw the plan.

Nathan will start the call by showing you the existing Land Registry boundaries overlaid onto both Ordnance Survey and Aerial Photography maps. Most Land Registry Compliant Plans are done by splitting up an existing title plan.

Please note that in order to produce a Land Registry Compliant Plan remotely, the boundaries must be clearly identifiable from mapping and aerial imagery. This approach works well where the divisions are straightforward—for example, separating a garden plot, defining a right of way, or splitting a property with obvious physical boundaries such as fences or hedges.

However, for more complex cases—such as unclear boundary lines, unregistered land, or areas where boundaries are disputed or rely on ground-level features not visible from maps—a site visit may still be required to ensure accuracy and avoid future issues with registration.
