Fallows undertake formal valuations of land and houses, in the following locations:
West Sussex and Hampshire is considered the core of our patch. Our office sits on the border of the two counties near Chichester. From here, we normally undertake visits on a weekly basis around along the Southern Coast including Southampton, Portsmouth, Bognor Regis, Worthing and Littlehampton. These southern locations are easy to access via the M27/ A27 and we might therefore try to coordinate our visits so we can start in one direction and then drive see a small handfull of clients and their properties on a planned route. It helps to keep our fees competative if we can coordinate visits like this. In winter, it also means we can target the rare calm day, especially if we need to assess land or fly the drone.
One of our Surveyors lives close to Winchester and therefore easily visit properties more-of-less anytime at short notice.
Both our prinicple Surveyors formally worked from offices in Guildford and have good knowledge of this local area, especially getting in and out of Guildford(!)
