Fallows is a small employee-owned partnership located in the South of England. We comprise of two surveyors and two technicians.

Whilst a lot of surveyors have shyed away from providing valuation work, we have made it core offering. We genuinely enjoy this line of work as it takes us throughout the region to a variety of farms and properties.

Services we provide

We primarily undertake professional valuations, commonly known as 'Red Book Valuations'. These are often required for matters such a probate, determining capital gains tax or for matrimonial purposes.

We specialise is residential and agricultural property including equestrian and farmland. For most types of land valuations, we will also provide an assessment of 'agricultural value' which is important tax relief.

We do not undertake valuations for borrowing/ security purposes for banks or other lenders.

Where we work

Fallows are located in the South of England near the A3 and the A27/M27. We are therefore able to travel through the region and serve Surrey, Hampshire, West Sussex, East Sussex, Portsmouth and Southamption.
